Matthew Fyfe, BSc, MA, PhD, CChem, FRSC

Matthew Fyfe joined Orano Med as Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) in September 2026.
He has more than 25 years’ experience in drug discovery and development, particularly in oncology, and has held senior leadership positions at several successful biotech companies. At Orano Med, Matthew provides scientific and strategic leadership across the R&D organization, with a particular focus on strengthening the Company’s pipeline of new molecular entities in development.

He holds a BSc from the University of Glasgow, an MA from Columbia University and a PhD from the University of Birmingham. He has authored more than 40 peer-reviewed publications and is a co-inventor on more than 100 published patent families.
